Porous stainless steel discs are widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and gas filtration applications. Their flat profile makes them ideal for sensor protection and inline filtration assemblies. Contact us for custom diameters.
- Material: 316 L Stainless Steel construction per default. (304 L, Inconel 600, Monel 400, or Hastelloy on request).
- Durability: High mechanical resistance and good durability against aggressive fluids.
- Temperature: Usable over a wide range of temperatures.
- Maintenance: Regenerable through backflush, chemical, thermal, or ultrasonic treatment.
- Retention: 8 PORAL grades available (03 to 40).

Note on Filtration: In liquids, retention at 98% of solid particles ranges from 3.2 μm (Grade 03) to 90 μm (Grade 40). In gases, retention ranges from 0.2 μm to 8 μm.
